This glove is intended for use as a welding glove in MIG/MAG and electrode welding processes. Currently, there is no standardized test method for detecting UV penetration through glove materials, however, current methods of construction of protective gloves for welders usually do not allow UV penetration. In the case of arc welding installations, it is not possible to protect all voltage-carrying parts during welding from direct
contact during operational work. The service life of the product depends on the level of wear during wear and the intensity of use within the application area. Hence, it is not possible to determine the service life. This glove should not be used in situations where there is a risk of entanglement with moving machine parts.
Materials used:
The glove is made of top quality cow split leather, with COMFOflex® lining on the palm and flame-retardant cotton lining in the cuff area. The grip part is additionally reinforced with leather and sewn with 5 times braided KEVLAR® thread.
