Description
Welder Fantasy MINI JET TIG AC/DC 200 IGBT + Parker handle
Welder Fantasy MINI JET TIG industrial inverter machines are microprocessor-based welding sources based on IGBT technology, suitable for welding carbon steel, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, copper, brass, magnesium, titanium, as well as all aluminum alloys.
The most modern TIG device on the Polish market! Previously unavailable features, are now at your fingertips at a super attractive price!
The world-class device sets new standards among AC/DC welding machines, and the user-friendly control panel ensures selection of all necessary working parameters.
The MINI JET TIG AC/DC 200 welder allows you to work in modes:
|
TIG DC lift-arc – In the TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) method, an electric arc is struck in a shield of inert gas (argon) between the workpiece and an infusible electrode made of pure tungsten or tungsten with additives. In TIG lift-arc mode, the arc is struck when the electrode comes into contact with the workpiece. In TIG DC mode, the current is constant. |
|
| TIG DC HF – In order to completely eliminate the possibility of contamination of the weld with tungsten, it is recommended that the electrode does not touch the workpiece being welded; for this very purpose, non-contact arc ignition is used using high-frequency discharges generated by the built-in ionizer. | |
| TIG DC PULS lift-arc – arc ignition is performed by contacting the electrode with the material to be welded, the pulse function allows welding thin parts by periodically changing the current. | |
| TIG DC PULS HF – non-contact HF ignition using an ionizer in TIG DC PULS mode. | |
| TIG AC lift-arc – a function that allows the welding of aluminum through the use of alternating current, which has the function of cathodic cleaning when welding aluminum. With the ability to set the AC BALANCE parameter, the AC current balance, it is possible to adjust the ratio of the duration of its phases in relation to each other. | |
| TIG AC HF – an analogous function that allows welding aluminum with alternating current, the ignition occurs non-contact through high-frequency current generated by an ionizer. | |
| TIG AC PULS lift-arc – welding in this mode is a combination of AC and pulse application, which allows welding of very thin aluminum parts. The arc is engaged by contact between the electrode and the material to be welded. | |
| TIG AC PULS HF – a function that allows you to weld parts made of aluminum with a small thickness. Non-contact ignition thanks to the use of an ionizer. | |
| MMA DC+ – The MMA method uses a covered electrode, consisting of a metal core covered with a lagging. An electric arc is produced between the end of the electrode and the material to be welded. The arc is ignited by touching the end of the electrode to the material to be welded. MMA DC+ means welding with positive polarity – more heat is released in the material and less in the electrode. | |
| MMA DC- – the difference with MMA DC+ is that the polarity in the MMA DC- mode is negative, so the heat distribution is reversed – more heat is released on the electrode and less in the welded material. |
ARC IGNITION:
