The KRYPTON 231 DC FV WL kit is a professional, compact TIG DC (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding kit with PULS and MMA (Manual Metal Arc) functions from GYS. A key feature of this kit is the inclusion of a liquid-cooled TIG handle (denoted by the letters “WL” from “Water Liquid”). Liquid cooling makes it possible to weld at higher currents for longer periods of time without overheating the handle, which is especially important for intensive welding work.
Like the KRYPTON 231 DC FV welder itself, the kit features FV (Flexible Voltage) technology, which allows operation over a wide range of supply voltages from 85V to 265V, and PFC (Power Factor Correction), which optimizes power consumption.
