The GYS NEOCUT 105 T400 – FUEL is a powerful, three-phase (400 V) plasma cutter designed for professional cutting of metals up to 50 mm thick in demanding industrial environments. It features a high duty cycle of 100% at 105 amperes (at an ambient temperature of 40°C), which ensures continuous operation without downtime. The machine features an advanced gas flow management system that optimizes cut quality and consumable life in all operating modes (cutting, gouging and marking). It also has a marking mode, ideal for routing and part identification. The NEOCUT 105 T400 cuts all types of electrically conductive materials, including steel (mild, stainless, hardened, HLE), minium, copper and others. The optimized cooling design and reinforced housing allow it to work in harsh industrial environments. The cutter comes standard for use with automatic CNC cutting tables thanks to its built-in interface and CANopen connector. It features contactless arc ignition (HF-free), eliminating the risk of electromagnetic interference. Software updates are easy thanks to a USB port. The device offers 6 operating modes and advanced diagnostic functions. The intuitive interface with color OLED display is available in multiple languages. A built-in counter monitors consumption of consumables. Pneumatic and gas diagnostics are also available. The kit does not include a plasma torch, which must be purchased separately. Recommended T400 Series torches are manual (MT) or automatic (AT), available in a variety of lengths and configurations.
