GYS NEOCUT 105 – WITH BURNER is a powerful three-phase (400 V) plasma cutter designed for professional cutting of metals up to 50 mm thick in industrial environments. It features a high duty cycle of 100% at 105 A (at an ambient temperature of 40°C), which ensures continuous operation without downtime. The machine features automatic air pressure management that optimizes cutting quality and consumable life in all operating modes (cutting, gouging and marking). It also has a marking mode, ideal for routing and part identification. The NEOCUT 105 cuts all types of electrically conductive materials, including steel (mild, stainless, hardened, HLE), minium, copper and others. The optimized cooling design allows it to work in harsh industrial environments. The cutter can be connected to an automatic CNC cutting table with an optional kit. It features contactless arc ignition (HF-free), eliminating the risk of electromagnetic interference. Software updates are easy with a USB port. The machine offers 6 operating modes: standard cutting, trigger-lock cutting, gouging, trigger-lock gouging, perlaminated sheet cutting and marking. The intuitive interface with color OLED display is available in 7 languages. A built-in counter monitors consumption of consumables. A pneumatic diagnostics function is also available. Included is a high-quality, gas-cooled MT-125 plasma torch with a 6-meter length.
