GYS NEOPULSE 400 CW 3 COBOT kit is an advanced three-phase (400V) welding kit with integrated liquid cooling system, designed for integration with collaborative robots (cobots). The kit is based on the NEOPULSE 400 CW inverter multiprocess welder with advanced MIG/MAG Pulse function (standard and double pulse). High power (400A) and built-in liquid cooling enable intensive operation in automated welding processes. It is ideal for automating the welding of a wide range of materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel and minium, in a robotic environment.
The NEOPULSE 400 CW offers extensive adjustable welding parameters and synergistic programs that can be controlled externally by the robot. Advanced pulsed MIG/MAG technology ensures high weld quality, minimizes spatter and increases welding process efficiency in robotic applications. The welder allows welding with MIG/MAG methods and has the communication interfaces necessary for integration with cobots.
