GYS NEOPULSE 500 G W3 Dual Feeder Kit – is an advanced three-phase (400 V) welding kit based on the NEOPULSE 500 G inverter pulsed MIG/MAG power source with built-in liquid cooling system and TWO separate NEOFEED-4W wire feeders. It is a versatile solution designed for heavy duty welding of both steel and stainless steel and minium without the need to manually change the wire feeder configuration. The kit includes two MIG/MAG holders (one with a steel/graphite guide for steel, the other with a Teflon guide for minium), two sets of wire feed rollers (steel and minium), two ground wires, and a transport cart with space for two gas cylinders.
With two separate wire feeders, users can have two different types of wire loaded at the same time and quickly switch between them by selecting the appropriate welding program. The NEOPULSE 500 G offers multiprocessing (MIG/MAG pulse, MMA, TIG Lift), ultra-high capacity (500 A), advanced MIG/MAG Pulse function and extensive synergistic programs dedicated to both groups of materials. A built-in liquid cooling system enables long-lasting operation with high currents. A transport cart for two gas cylinders increases mobility and allows convenient use of various shielding gases.
This special W3 Dual Feeder Package includes two separate wire feeders, two MIG/MAG chucks (for steel and minium), two sets of feed rollers, two bulk hoses and a carriage for two cylinders, offering maximum flexibility when welding different materials.
