The PROGYS 200 FV with accessories is an advanced inverter MMA (Manual Metal Arc) and TIG Lift Arc welder with Flexible Voltage (FV) function, supplied with a set of accessories. The FV function automatically adjusts to power supply voltages ranging from 85 to 265 V, providing versatility and the ability to work in a variety of power conditions, including long extension cords and generators. The welder is protected by a 16A (at 230V) or 20A (at 110V) fuse. It offers adjustable welding current from 10 to 200 amps, allowing welding of steel, cast iron and stainless steel with electrodes from 1.6 to 5 mm in diameter (MMA) and precision TIG DC welding with rubbing ignition (additional TIG handle with gas valve required).
The PROGYS 200 FV uses advanced inverter technology with digital control, providing excellent welding properties and a stable arc. It has an easy-to-read digital control panel with a touchscreen interface and display, allowing precise setting of welding parameters.
The welder offers advanced features to facilitate MMA welding:
Adjustable Hot Start: Facilitates arc ignition, adaptable to the type of material being welded.
Adjustable Arc dlace: Stabilizes the welding arc for better penetration and to prevent electrode sticking.
Anti-Sticking: Prevents the electrode from sticking to the material being welded.
Pulsed MMA: Allows welding with pulsed current, which is useful for welding thin materials and in forced positions.
In TIG Lift Arc mode, the PROGYS 200 FV allows precision welding of thin steel and stainless steel materials. The arc is engaged by gently rubbing the electrode against the material to be welded, which minimizes the risk of contaminating the weld. The welder also features Gas Post Flow, which allows the shielding gas to flow out after welding is complete.

The welder is protected against surges up to 400V (PROTEC 400). Its compact design and relatively light weight make it a mobile and versatile device for professional welding applications in various power conditions.
