The EXPERT MIG 250 4X4 PFC is an inverter synergic semi-automatic welding machine designed for MIG/MAG, TIG LIFT, MMA and FLUX arc welding. The machine has been designed for a wide range of applications: from maintenance work to auto body repair.
EXPERT MIG 250 is used for brazing of galvanized sheets, welding of stainless steel, carbon and low alloy steels and aluminum . Welding is carried out under the cover of inert gas, active gas or mixture, and in reverse polarity without gas.
The function of saving welding parameters makes it easy to work on different materials without having to readjust the device when changing gas and wire.
Through the use of a 4-roller wire feeder, the device copes very well with 5-meter welding fixtures.
The device is equipped with the functions :2-takt, 4-takt and spot welding. We also have the ability to adjust: welding inductance, welding voltage correction, gas before, gas after, wire burning and soft start.
The device has a manual mode and 21 adjustable MIG/MAG synergy programs:

- wire access
- wire burning
- spot welding time
- spot welding breaks

The device has a fan-cooling system which dramatically increases its performance.
The device is equipped with overload, over- and under-voltage protection, for operation with a generator (+/- 15%) which increases its reliability.
