EXPERT MIG 405 is used for welding stainless steel, carbon and low alloy steels, aluminum and brazing of galvanized sheets.
Welding is carried out in a shield of inert, active or mixed gas.
The device is equipped with an operating mode switch : MAN – manual adjustment and SYN – synergistic adjustment.

For MIG method, we can choose the function of the button in the handle between SPOT(spot welding), 2-takt (no locking), 4-takt (locking button for long welds), S4T (locking button for long welds, with adjustable start and end current)    Main features:

• synergistic control of welding parameters
• accurate adjustment of welding arc length
• digital display: welding current, welding voltage, wire feed speed, arc length correction
• Additional inductance control allows low spatters during welding

The function of saving welding parameters makes it easier to work on different materials without having to readjust the device when changing gas and wire.
The device gives us 100 positions to save settings.

Physical parameters

The device is equipped with a cooler with an error indicator, which dramatically increases its efficiency and protects against overheating of the handle.
The cooler and fans are equipped with an on-demand operation system, so they do not work when the device does not need cooling.
The device is equipped with overload protection, which increases its reliability.

Power supply parameters

Three-phase power supply 3x400V The device is not equipped with a power plug.

Equipment

The delivery includes the device with a 4-meter-long MB 400owelding chuck, a 3-meter-long mass cable and 0.8 – 1.0 feeder rollers for steel.
