The TECNOMIG 205 LCD SYNERGIC is an inverter synergic semi-automatic welding machine designed for MIG/MAG, TIG LIFT, MMA and FLUX arc welding . The device has been invited for a wide range of applications: from maintenance work to auto body repair.
TECNOMIG 205 LCD is used for brazing of galvanized sheets, welding of stainless steel, carbon and low alloy steels and aluminum . Welding is carried out under the cover of inert gas, active gas or mixture and in reverse polarity without gas.
Quick synergistic adjustment of welding parameters through the LCD display makes the device very easy to use. All you have to do is set the thickness of the material to be welded and start welding: the intelligent and automatic welding arc control system will, step by step, select the best parameters, for each welding position and for each material. The user can also set the welding arc length manually and adjust the appearance of the weld to suit his needs.
The LCD display allows accurate adjustment of welding parameters such as :
- inductance adjustment
- wire access
- wire burning
- gas outflow at the end of welding
