Description
TECNOMIG 365 PULSE SYNERGIC is an inverter synergic semi-automatic welding machine designed for MIG/MAG, MMA arc welding and brazing of galvanized sheets. The machine is designed for use in professional and industrial use.
The device has three MIG/MAG welding modes: manual MIG, MIG PULS, double MIG PULS.
TECNOMIG 365 PULSE SYNERGIC is used for welding aluminum and its alloys, stainless steel, carbon and low alloy steels and brazing of galvanized sheets. Welding is carried out in a shield of inert gas, active gas or a mixture, depending on the program selected on the control panel.
By using MIG pulsation, there is an increase in the amount of heat introduced into the welded part. It is possible to obtain a better weld, regardless of the welding position, and to reduce the amount of spatter.
With both the MIG method and MIG PULS, we can choose the function of the button in the handle between SPOT(spot welding), 2-takt, S4-takt (dedicated to welding aluminum), 4-takt (button lock for long welds) operation,
The function of saving welding parameters (10 slots) makes it easy to work on different materials without having to readjust the device when changing gas and wire.
The easy-to-read and easy-to-use digital control panel allows accurate adjustment of welding parameters such as :
- adjustment of the gas discharge time before welding
- welding current / base current control in double pulse
- inductance adjustment
- S4-takt initial current adjustment
- peak current control in double pulse
- dual pulse balance adjustment
- Double pulse frequency control
- spot welding time adjustment
- adjustment of time and voltage of wire burning after welding

The delivery includes a device with a 3-meter-long professional MIG 25 welding chuck armed under aluminum, a 3-meter-long electrode wire, a 3-meter-long bulk wire, 1.0-1.2 feeder rollers for aluminum and 0.8-1.0 for steel.
Warranty terms and conditions
Warranty 12 months for professional use. Warranty service is provided door-to-door without transportation costs on the user’s side.
