TECNOMIG 505W is used for welding stainless steel, carbon and low alloy steels and aluminum . Welding is carried out in a shield of inert gas, active gas or a mixture, depending on the gas and wire selected on the control panel.

The device is equipped with an operating mode switch:SP – manual regulation and SYN – synergistic regulation

By using MIG pulsation, there is an increase in the amount of heat introduced into the welded part. It is possible to obtain a better weld, regardless of the welding position, and to reduce the amount of spatter.

The function of saving welding parameters makes it easy to work on different materials without having to readjust the device when changing gas and wire.

With both the MIG method and MIG PULS, we can choose the function of the button in the handle between SPOT(spot welding), 2-takt, 2-takt SLOW DOWN (non-locking, adjustable drop current), 4-takt (locking button for long welds) operation.

The easy-to-read and easy-to-use digital control panel allows accurate adjustment of welding parameters such as :

• inductance adjustment
• pulse rate control
• pulse arc length adjustment
• pulse welding voltage control
• pulse welding current control
• spot welding time

The device has a cooler which definitely increases its efficiency and protects against overheating of the handle.

The device is equipped with overload protection, which increases its reliability.

Equipment

The delivery includes a device with an external 4-roller wire feeder, a 2.5-meter-long feeder source connection cable, a 3-meter-long professional liquid-cooled MIG 500 welding chuck armed for aluminum, a 3-meter-long mass cable, and 1.0-1.2 feeder rollers for steel and 1.0-1.2 for aluminum.
