MAGNUM MIG/MAG 505 PULS SYNERGIA semi-automatic welding machine

MAGNUM ‘s MIG 505 PULS SYNERGIA is a professional, multifunctional semi-automatic welding machine with synergic control and “single pulse” function, as well as selectable manual settings.

The current source is designed for short-circuit arc MIG/MAG, spray arc, pulse arc and MMA welding methods. In addition, the device has the ability to weld using the TIG Lift (contact arc ignition) method with DC current.

The welder is powered by 400V three-phase mains with a rated welding current of 500A and high 60% efficiency and stable output parameters.

The welder is characterized by a wide range of applications, dedicated to all kinds of welding work in factories, industrial plants, locksmith shops, repair shops, etc.

The device is equipped with an intuitive, easy-to-use control panel with a synergy function that allows quick and precise selection of welding parameters.

The current source is built on the basis of IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) transistors that provide a minimum of electromagnetic interference, low power loss in the basic circuits, enabling increased efficiency and reliability of the current source. Very high efficiency, which translates directly into lower power consumption, and high switching frequency, provide instantaneous adjustment of current to changes in parameters during welding.
