MAGNUM CUT 45 COMPRESSOR brand plasma cutter with built-in compressor is designed for manual cutting with air plasma, electrically conductive parts made of carbon and alloy steels, aluminum and its alloys, brass, copper, as well as cast iron and MMA welding with covered electrode. The cutter can be used for workshop work, repair work, etc.
The built-in compressor provides great convenience and mobility of the device.
In this model, the appropriate pressure parameters and air flow are taken care of by the built-in control system. The device is equipped with a torch that allows cutting in hard-to-reach places and in all possible positions.

The device is equipped with the“BLOW-BACK” non-contact arc ignition system. This method is based on the retraction of the electrode during arc ignition. The big advantage of this solution is less wear and tear on consumable components and the reduction of electromagnetic interference to a minimum, compared to HF ignition. This has a major impact on the protection of electrical equipment such as controllers, stepper motors, etc. An additional advantage is the lower failure rate of the device, by eliminating the HF module.

The MAGNUM CUT 45 COMPRESSOR is built on the basis of the latest technology using IGBT transistors, which translates into reduced electromagnetic interference, low power loss, increased efficiency and reliability of the power source, and reduced power consumption. The cutter is equipped with overload thermal protection. It has the advantage of low weight and infinitely adjustable cutting current to ensure high quality material cutting.
