Description
MAGNUM MIG/MAG-MMA 170W IGBT device is a semi-automatic welding machine designed for manual electric welding of low-carbon steel, low-alloy steel, alloy steels, etc. using the MIG/MAG method. The device can also be used for MMA welding using fusible covered electrodes. It is designed for all kinds of welding work in locksmith shops, repair shops, sheet metal workshops and many others.
The current source is built on IGBT transistors to ensure a minimum of electromagnetic interference, enabling increased efficiency and reliability of the current source, lower power consumption, and instantaneous current adaptation to changes in parameters during welding.
It has the ability to weld with self-consuming wire – FCAW (you need to change the polarity in the welder: minus (-) on the welding gun, plus (+) on the ground!). The device is equipped with an adjustment of inductance (hardness of the arc) – which affects the shape of the weld.
