Description
PLASMA CUTTERS Migatronic ZETA 100
User-friendly control panel makes it easy to control plasma cutting process. After setting the process and amperage depending on the thickness of the sheet metal, the machine is ready to cut. Zeta plasma cutters use only compressed air as the plasma gas and can be connected to your compressed air system. The machines can be used with a generator as a power source and feature energy-saving standby functions for optimum cutting and operating economy. The plasma arc is ignited automatically by a pilot arc; this provides a significant extension of the life of wear parts.
Fine Gouging ZETA 100
Zeta 100 is prepared for fine gouging; the process of removing inconsistencies in welds after welding.
PLATE THICKNESS DECIDES MACHINE CHOICE
Zeta 100 ensure quality, cuts in slabs up to 25 mm. For rip cuts where no special requirements are placed on the quality of the cuts, the thickness of the cut piece can be increased by up to 50%. To check the thickness of the cut is the table below

CUTTING PUNCHED PLATES IS A STANDARD FUNCTION
