Description
PLASMA CUTTING MACHINE Migatronic ZETA 100 The user-friendly control panel makes it easy to control the plasma cutting process.
After setting the process and amperage according to the thickness of the sheet metal, the machine is ready to cut.
Zeta plasma cutters use only compressed air as the plasma gas and can be connected to your compressed air system.
The machines can be used with a generator as a power source and feature energy-saving standby functions for optimum cutting and operating economy.
The plasma arc is ignited automatically by a pilot arc; this provides a significant extension of the life of the consumable parts.
FINAL GRAZING ZETA 100 The Zeta 100 is prepared for fine gouging; the process of removing inconsistencies in welds after welding.
PLATE THICKNESS DECIDES MACHINE CHOICE The Zeta 100 ensures quality, cutting in plates up to 25 mm.
For rip cuts where no special requirements are placed on the quality of the cuts, the thickness of the cut piece can be increased by up to 50%.
To check the thickness of the cut is the table below CUTTING PUNCHED PLATES IS A STANDARD FUNCTION Simply by pressing the appropriate button, Zeta machines are ready to cut in perforated or punched plates.
MANUAL CUTTING The Zeta 100 for manual cutting is supplied with a torch with a 6 m hose or, if a larger working range is required, and a manual torch with a 15 m hose.
AUTOMATED CUTTING The Zeta 100 for automatic cutting is supplied with an automatic 6 m torch and remote control output.
This variant with built-in arc detection signal is controlled from the automatic machine.
