The OPTREL e3000X blower is an improved version with increased performance and battery life over its predecessor, the e3000. The device is equipped with a blower powered by a high-capacity battery, which allows continuous operation for up to 18 hours on a single charge. The principle of operation of the device is based on drawing air from the environment through a filter and delivering fresh and purified air directly under the visor in the highest protection class TH3P according to EN 12941. OPTREL’s blowing device is designed for welders who want to effectively and continuously isolate themselves from harmful contaminants. The blowing apparatus, together with a dedicated welding visor, provides ideal protection against UV and IR radiation, spatter, metal fumes and dust generated during welding and related processes.

The apparatus is combined with OPTREL Crystal 2.0 self-darkening visor, providing a clear and multicolored image of the weld (CLT2.0 technology) in bright mode thanks to a filter with a light transmission of 31% (dimming level 2!). When welding in automatic mode, the visor automatically adjusts the degree of darkness depending on the external conditions(AutoPilot function) in a wide range of 4-12 DIN, additionally providing the possibility of manual adjustment ± 2. The built-in sensor measures the intensity of the welding arc in real time regardless of the flare around the workstation.

In addition, thanks to the use of the latest optical technology, the visor is distinguished by a number of additional features that make the welder’s work has never been so easy, such as Autopilot function, True Color, Twilight, DIN 2 grinding mode. Despite the visor’s enormous capabilities, it weighs only 460 g.
