Description

The OPTREL e3000X blower is an improved version with increased performance and battery life over its predecessor, the e3000. The device is equipped with a blower powered by a high-capacity battery, which allows continuous operation for up to 18 hours on a single charge. The principle of operation of the device is based on drawing air from the environment through a filter and delivering fresh and purified air directly under the visor in the highest protection class TH3P according to EN 12941. OPTREL’s blowing device is designed for welders who want to effectively and continuously isolate themselves from harmful contaminants. The blowing apparatus, together with a dedicated welding visor, provides ideal protection against UV and IR radiation, spatter, metal fumes and dust generated during welding and related processes.

The camera is combined with the OPTREL Panoramaxx QUATTRO self-darkening visor has a 6 times larger field of view (compared to other visors on the market) in the highest optical class 1/1/1/1 and a wide shading range of 4 – 13 DIN. This was achieved, among other things, by developing a special shape of the shell that allows the improved ADF filter to be placed right next to the eyes. The visor is particularly recommended for intensive and precise welding with high amperage up to about 350 A.
