The OPTREL e3000X blower represents an improved version with increased performance and battery life over its predecessor, the e3000. The device is equipped with a blower powered by a high-capacity battery, which allows continuous operation for up to 18 hours on a single charge. The principle of operation of the device is based on drawing air from the environment through a filter and delivering fresh and purified air directly under the visor in the highest protection class TH3P according to EN 12941. OPTREL’s blowing device is designed for welders who want to effectively and continuously isolate themselves from harmful contaminants. The blowing apparatus, together with a dedicated welding visor, provides ideal protection against UV and IR radiation, spatter, metal fumes and dust generated during welding and related processes.

The apparatus is integrated with the OPTREL Vegaview 2.5 self-darkening visor, distinguished by excellent color reproduction during welding. At the same time, thanks to a much higher brightness level in bright mode(2.5 DIN dimming), it provides even greater productivity and safety on the work bench without having to remove the visor each time. Buttons controlling the most important functions, have been intuitively arranged on the external panel of the mask, allowing the user to select the optimal parameters in all conditions. The user can adjust: the degree of sensitivity of the automatic display sensor, enable/disable the grinding mode. The advantages of this visor will be appreciated especially by those working in dark rooms.
