Description

The device consists of a single-stage cylinder regulator with a manometer indicator, and an electric gas heater mounted on the inlet connector of the regulator. The device allows to reduce the pressure of gases taken from the cylinder and to measure their outflow at the reducer outlet while heating the gas and keeping it as constant as possible by means of a thermoregulator.
APPLICATION
Reducer with heater is used for welding works, when welding in protective gas shields: carbon dioxide and argon or their mixtures. When taking carbon dioxide or a mixture with a large amount of this gas, switching on the heater protects the reducer from freezing.

ATTENTION
1.Before removing the heater from the cylinder, reduce the gas pressure in the system with the cylinder valve turned too far.
2.When screwing or unscrewing the heater connections, control the heater connector with a wrench
3.Failure of the product user to follow Note No. 2 may cause damage to the heating element and void the warranty.
