INDUCTOR 1,5 is designed for fast, highly efficient and at the same time safe heating of metal parts. INDUCTOR 1,5 perfectly replaces the standard methods of heating with flammable gases (propane-butane-oxygen, acetylene-oxygen) in workshops, repair shops, automotive plants and wherever it is required to heat up bolted joints, bushings, bearings, hubs for disassembly, etc. It is used wherever there is a need for quick use and there is a risk of damage to the area of the heated area by the flame, such as upholstery, paint, rubber hoses, electrical wiring, etc. INDUCTOR 1,5 uses a modern, efficient and effective method of heating workpieces, instruments before hardening, for thawing, etc.

INDUCTOR 1.5 is capable of heating an M20 bolt or nut to 800°C in up to 15 seconds. Preparation for use is generally faster than preparation for the heating process using flammable gas burners. The induction heating process begins when the heater is plugged into a 230 V outlet, the inductor coil is seated or brought close to the workpiece to be heated and a button is pressed. The workpiece to be heated is heated very quickly according to individual requirements, even to “redness”. A white LED illuminates the heated area at the same time, making it easier for operators in dark and hard-to-reach areas. Induction coils are easily interchangeable and come in many sizes and types ranging from round coils of fixed diameter, flat coils to sheet metal and flexible coils with which we can wrap a workpiece of any surface . For induction heating you can additionally order a set of coils of different diameters which are not included in the standard equipment with the device.
