INDUCTOR 3C is a revolutionary induction heater for rapid flameless heating of ferrous metals and aluminum by induction.

Using the rules of electromagnetic induction, it can deliver a huge amount of heat to a specific spot in just a few seconds to a depth of 4mm. By heating only the selected spot, it does not damage glass, rubber, plastic parts and painted surfaces in the immediate vicinity of the heater’s operation.

Despite its small size and weight (13.5kg), it achieves high output performance. The built-in liquid cooling system enables a maximum power output of 3.5kW.

Recommended for any passenger and commercial vehicle service for body and mechanical repairs. For use in overhaul and wheel alignment, tire changers and mechanic shops. Facilitates removal of locked bolts, nuts, pins, bearings and other automotive parts.

It guarantees reduced repair time and maximum control of heating during operation. Unlike a gas burner – the induction heater, heating the metal only in a selected area to a temperature of 500-600˚C, does not change the technical characteristics of the steel.

Infinitely adjustable power from 10 – 100 %

The device has 2 modes:

• Magnetic field control: Constant magnetic field (CF) power mode

In this mode of operation, the heater provides an equal magnetic field force regardless of the environment of the heater tip. The heater behaves similarly to a gas burner, where the flame force is replaced by the magnetic field force. The force of the delivered heat is easily controlled by moving the heater tip closer or farther away from the material to be heated, similar to a gas panlide

• Power control: Constant energy delivered to material (CP) mode

In this mode, the device tries to deliver and maintain a certain power to the material. The advantage of this mode is the similar heating time of the same workpiece, which is applicable when heating the same workpiece repeatedly, for example, in the production process.

The device has a universal remote control system that allows it to be easily integrated into automated production processes . The device can be controlled via foot pedal, push button, analog signal based on coil voltage and current, providing output information back. On selected models, full control through the Data Bus connector is possible, enabling full control and complete monitoring of the heating process.

The device provides the possibility to interfere with the settings of the heating parameters and display the most relevant values of the heating process in the Information mode
