INVERSPOTTER 14000 SMART AQUA is a microprocessor-controlled MFDC (Medium Frequency Direct Current) double-sided sheet metal welding machine. Developed for auto body repair and industrial work. It achieves excellent welding results on galvanized and resilient sheet metal.

SMART AUTOSET technology automatically recognizes the type and thickness of the sheets to be welded. The device will adjust the welding current and optimal cycles by itself, even when the type of sheets to be welded is unknown. 128 factory programs, the ability to store more than 400 of your own settings.
It is also possible to manually set the time and thickness of the sheets to be welded, and to choose between continuous and pulse operation (for resilient sheets, electroplated sheets with oxidized coating or with traces of paint). Adjustment of pulse welding: number of pulses and intervals
‘POWER CLAMP’ technology – in the tongs there is a transformer and a frequency rectifier, which, unlike traditional welding machines, makes it possible to obtain high welding current values and reduce the current drawn from the mains (the welding machine works on a line with a 32A fuse), the use of longer and lighter wires that allow greater portability and a wide operating range, and minimal magnetic fields generated around the wires.
All settings of the welding machine are controlled through an easy-to-read LCD display. After selecting the type of tool and the type and thickness of metal sheets, the device will adjust the welding current and the optimal working cycles by itself.
The device is equipped with a USB port, thanks to which it is possible to update a new material library and archive weld prameters on an external storage device for later analysis or printing.
