TRAFILUX PLAZMA 160 CNC
This is an invention plasma cutting machine, for manual or machine cutting, powered by 3-phase mains, equipped with HF non-contact ignition system. It is designed for work in indoor, workshop and production conditions. I find its use in enclosed spaces, as well as field work such as cutting scrap metal, metal waste. The advantage of this device is the high quality of workmanship, robustness and durability of the electronic components used. The Plasma 160 CNC has the ability to work with automatic burners, digital display of cutting current, stepless adjustment of gas discharge delay, and 2takt/4takt, the possibility of connecting a cooler. On the rear panel there is a built-in air preparation unit with a regulator and pressure gauge. The device is used for cutting various types of metals, including alloys of steel, copper, brass, aluminum. TRAFILUX plasma cutter, provides the ability to cut in many planes, and in hard-to-reach places. The plasma torch included with the device is a high-end original TRAFIMET A101 torch, which allows the use of various types of attachments and cutting nozzles, so there is the possibility of configuring the torch for individual user needs. The design advantage of the device is transistors made in IGBT technology. The characteristics of this type of transistors are, lower power consumption, less electromagnetic interference, with higher efficiency and a stronger and more stable arc.
