Description
TRAFILUX TRAFIMIG 200 DUAL PULS
This is a high-tech synergistic inverter source designed for welding low-carbon steels, low- and high-alloy steels, aluminum and its alloys, copper and its alloys. The device is based on IGBT transistors that ensure minimum electromagnetic interference, low power loss in the basic circuits, enabling increased efficiency and reliability of the current source. The device has an energy-saving fan, reducing power consumption and reducing noise levels. Parameter settings are facilitated by an easy-to-read LCD display.
MIG 200 Dual pulse allows operation in modes
MIG/MAG – Synergy or Manual mode
MIG/MAG – Single pulse
MIG/MAG – Dual pulse
TIG LIFT – Pulse
TIG LIFT without pulse
SPOT – spot welding – continuous spot welding
FCAW – self-consuming wire welding
MMA
MMA PULS + pulse electrode welding
MIG pulse frequency 0.5-5.0 Hz / TIG pulse frequency 0.5-100 Hz
MMA mode – Adjustment of arc dynamics, Adjustment of hot start value and duration, VRD module
TIG pulse mode – adjustment of pulse frequency, pulse balance, peak current value.
Arc ignition can be performed in 4 modes:
2 bar – 4 bar – S4T (special 4 bar) – S2T (special two bar)
REMOTE CONTROL – WIFI
The device is equipped with a WIFI module, thanks to which it is possible to remotely control it using a phone/tablet with android operating system. To control it, you need a free app, available at TRAFILUX equipment dealers.
