Description
Welder Fantasy BI-POWER TIG 210 AC/DC devices are microprocessor-based welding sources based on IGBT technology, suitable for welding carbon steel, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, copper, brass, magnesium, titanium and all aluminum alloys. The reliability and wide range of applications of the devices will satisfy even the most demanding users.
An intuitive, easy-to-use control panel with a color display allows you to quickly set all the most important welding parameters. The device allows you to choose from four menu languages:
– Polish,
– English,
– German,
– Russian.
Thanks to the use of modern IGBT technology and high-quality components, Welder Fantasy BI-POWER TIG 210 AC/DC equipment is ideal for professional welding work in industries such as automotive, metal construction and many others.
TechnoloIGBT – Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor – gia. is a modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an isolated gate. It combines the ease of control of field-effect transistors with the high breakdown voltage and switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology has the effect of significantly extending the reliable operation of welding equipment.
The Welder Fantasy BI-POWER TIG 210 AC/DC series allows welding in the following modes:
TIG AUTO – synergistic settings. In AUTO mode, the user selects basic welding parameters such as the type of material and thickness of the material to be welded. The remaining parameters are automatically selected by the device using a database of preloaded programs.
TIG DC HF – In order to completely eliminate the possibility of contamination of the weld with tungsten, it is recommended that the electrode does not touch the workpiece being welded; for this very purpose, non-contact arc ignition is used using high-frequency discharges generated by the built-in ionizer.
TIG DC PULS HF – non-contact HF ignition using an ionizer in TIG DC PULS mode.
TIG AC HF – analogous function that allows welding of aluminum with alternating current, the ignition occurs non-contact through high-frequency current generated by the ionizer
TIG AC PULS HF – a function that allows you to weld parts made of aluminum with a small thickness. Non-contact ignition thanks to the use of an ionizer.
MMA DC+ – The MMA method uses a covered electrode, consisting of a metal core covered with a lagging. An electric arc is produced between the end of the electrode and the material to be welded. The arc is ignited by touching the end of the electrode to the material to be welded. MMA DC+ means welding with positive polarity – more heat is released in the material and less in the electrode.
MMA DC- – the difference with MMA DC+ is that the polarity in the MMA DC- mode is negative, so the heat distribution is reversed – more heat is released on the electrode and less in the welded material.
MMA VRD DC+ – available in MMA DC+ mode, the VRD function ( Voltage Reduction Device – a module that reduces the rest (idle) voltage of the secondary circuit of the device. Increases safety and reduces the risk of electric shock. The function turns the welding power off and on when the resistance between the electrode tips and the workpiece is measured during welding.
MMA VRD DC- – available in MMA DC- mode, the VRD ( Voltage Reduction Device) function works in an analogous way to MMA VRD DC+, the difference is the negative polarity.
Additional features:
– Waveform selection – the device allows you to choose from the following AC waveforms:
– 2T/4T – selection of the operation mode of the welding handle button in the TIG method between two-bar and four-bar.
– PRE and POST GAS – setting the gas discharge time before arc ignition and after welding.
– UP and DOWN SLOPE – setting the rise and fall of the welding current.
– HOT START – a function that facilitates the start of welding. At the moment of arc ignition, the welding current is temporarily increased in order to warm up the material and the electrode at the point of contact and to properly shape the fusion and the weld face in the initial phase of welding.
– ARC FORCE – a function that stabilizes the arc by maintaining the voltage value of the welding arc regardless of its length and facilitates control over the amount of spatter.
