Welder Fantasy GALAXY CUT 40 plasma cutter is designed for cutting electrically conductive parts made of carbon and alloy steels, aluminum and its alloys, brass, copper, as well as cast iron. Plasma cutters of the new GALAXY series have a 30% cutting efficiency, which allows them to work freely in any conditions, including industrial ones. The device, thanks to the use of state-of-the-art IGBT transistors, ensures continuous operation and is trouble-free. This cutting machine will find use in automotive workshops, shipbuilding, sheet metal, locksmith and many others. GALAXY Plasma, thanks to its low weight, small dimensions and 230V power supply, is mobile and allows you to work in the most difficult conditions.

The device is equipped with the“BLOW-BACK” non-contact reverse flow arc ignition system. This method involves moving the electrode backward when the arc is struck. The unquestionable advantage of this type of solution is less wear and tear on the operating components, and the reduction of electromagnetic interference to a minimum, compared to HF ignition. This has a major impact on the protection of electrical equipment, i.e. controllers, stepper motors or computers, located in the vicinity of the plasma cutter. An additional advantage is the lower failure rate of the device, by eliminating the HF module.
