The Welder Fantasy HALO III TIG/MMA 200 is designed for manual submerged electrode arc welding (MMA) and manual gas shielded non-fusible electrode arc welding (TIG DC). The welder allows welding carbon steel, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, copper, bronze and brass. Due to its small size, high efficiency and reliability, the HALO III TIG/MMA welder will find use in many demanding welding jobs performed by professionals. The versatility of the welder is undoubtedly one of its greatest advantages. The device is suitable for welding with all types of consumable electrodes, including: rutile, basic and cellulose.

It combines the ease of control of transistors p ol wire with high breakdown voltage and switching speed tranzistors bipolar. The use of IGBT technology has the effect of significantly extending the reliable operation of welding equipment .

The characteristic features of the device are very small dimensions and very high versatility in the selection of welding processes.

Possibility of welding with the following methods:

	TIG DC HF – In order to completely eliminate the possibility of contamination of the weld with tungsten, it is recommended that the electrode does not touch the workpiece being welded; for this very purpose, non-contact arc ignition is used using high-frequency discharges generated by the built-in ionizer.
	MMA DC+ – The MMA method uses a covered electrode, consisting of a metal core covered with a lagging. An electric arc is produced between the end of the electrode and the material to be welded. The arc is ignited by touching the end of the electrode to the material to be welded. MMA DC+ means welding with positive polarity – more heat is released in the material and less in the electrode.
	MMA DC- – the difference with MMA DC+ is that the polarity in the MMA DC- mode is negative, so the heat distribution is reversed – more heat is released on the electrode and less in the welded material.
