The Welder Fantasy MAGIC MIG II 300 LCD 4×4 is a modern synergic inverter source that offers many possibilities when performing welding work. Its main advantages are the ability to weld in synergistic MIG/MAG mode.
The reliability and wide range of applications of the equipment make it They will satisfy even the most demanding users. The Welder Fantasy MAGIC MIG II LCD 4×4 multifunctional inverter semi-automatic welding machine is equipped with a 4-roll wire feeder. The device is designed for manual arc welding of metals and metal alloys by methods:
* MIG/MAG,
* FCAW,
* TIG DC lift,
* MMA.
An intuitive, easy-to-use control panel with a color display allows you to quickly set all the most important welding parameters. Thanks to synergistic settings, it is possible to automatically select welding parameters according to the diameter of the welding wire and the thickness and type of material.
The device has infinitely variable welding voltage and amperage, and is equipped with an overload thermal protection system to prevent excessive heating of the ICs.
Thanks to the use of modern IGBT technology and high-quality components, the Welder Fantasy MAGIC MIG II LCD 4×4 is ideal for professional welding work in industries such as automotive, metal construction and many others.
TechnoloIGBT – Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor – gia. is a modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an isolated gate. It combines the ease of control of field-effect transistors with the high breakdown voltage and switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology has the effect of significantly extending the reliable operation of welding equipment.
High efficiency of the device 60%.
AUTO – synergistic settings – automatic adjustment of welding parameters such as welding arc voltage and amperage and wire feeder speed. The device automatically selects welding parameters according to the wire diameter and type of shielding gas.
MIG/MAG – Gas shielded arc welding is one of the most widely used processes for manufacturing welded structures. The semi-automatic welding process involves melting the edges of the workpiece to be welded and the fusible electrode material with the heat of an electric arc glowing between an electrode in the form of a solid wire and the workpiece to be welded, in an inert or active gas shield.
FCAW – Thanks to the polarity change function, it is possible to weld without shielding gas, with FCAW self-cored wire. It is a method using self-cored wire for welding (in all positions) of normal and higher strength steels, not exceeding 510 MPa. Self-shielded wire can be used in single and multi-layer welding processes, using both flat and falling current sources. The wire is designed for general production work, including in field conditions, and for welding structures that do not have impact requirements. DC(-) welding current.
SPOOL GUN – the possibility of sotting a SPOOL GUN type holder with an integrated wire feeder (the holder is not included, it is available under the code MM2S). The method allows welding with both gas shielding and self-shielded wire without gas.
TIG DC LIFT – welding with a tungsten electrode in a shield of inert gases. The use of this method makes it possible to weld all types of steel, i.e. carbon, alloy, stainless, acid-resistant, as well as copper alloys, such as bronze and brass.
MMA – a method that uses a covered electrode, consisting of a metal core covered with lagging. The welder feeds the electrode as it melts into the workpiece so as to maintain an arc of constant length, and at the same time moves the melting end of the electrode along the weld line. The device allows welding with all types of electrodes, such as alkaline, cellulose, rutile, and acid.
MMA VRD – available in MMA mode VRD function (Voltage Reduction Device – a module that reduces the rest (idle) voltage of the secondary circuit of the device). Increases safety and reduces the risk of electric shock. The function shuts off and turns on the welding power when the resistance between the electrode tips and the workpiece is measured during welding.
Additional features:
– Adjusting the inductance in the MIG/MAG method Properly selected welding inductance contributes to reducing spatter. It depends on the diameter of the welding wire, the shielding gas used, the current and the welding position. Decreasing the inductance makes the arc more stable and concentrated, while increasing it contributes to a smoother weld pool and fewer spatters. Properly selected, it is characterized by a stable arc, even transfer of liquid metal droplets, maintenance of a constant welding pool size and a characteristic repetitive sound without splatter or explosions.
– arc ignition by:
- 2T – two-tone,
- 4T – four-touch,
– HOT START – a function that facilitates the start of welding. At the moment of arc ignition, the welding current is temporarily increased in order to warm up the material and the electrode at the point of contact and to properly shape the fusion and the weld face in the initial phase of welding.
– ARC FORCE – a function that stabilizes the arc by maintaining the voltage value of the welding arc regardless of its length and facilitates control over the amount of spatter.
