Description
Semi-automatic welding machine powered by three-phase ALU MIG 500 4×4 made with IGBT inverter technology for MIG/MAG welding (CO2, Ar, CO2+Ar, CO2+O and other gas shielding), MIG/MAG with pulse, MIG MAG with double pulse, for brazing and for welding with direct current (DC) covered electrodes.
Designed for welding with welding wires of 0.8-1.6 mm diameter, 0.9 mm self-consuming wires and covered electrodes up to 5 mm diameter of low-carbon steel, low-alloyed steel (MAG), alloyed steel (MIG), aluminum and cast iron.
Max spool 15 kg D300.
Professional external 4-roller wire feeder and integrated liquid cooler for welding chuck cooling with input/output on Rectus type 21 mini connectors. Electronically controlled infinitely variable welding current and wire feed speed. 2-takt/4-takt chuck operation mode.
The semi-automatic machine has two digital displays of welding current parameters (voltmeter, ammeter). Soft panel for separation of weld material and wire diameter in programs so welding low carbon steel and aluminum. Built-in synergy programs with the possibility of manual correction of the selected program. Choice of shielding gas mixtures.
Adjustable inductance and ARC FORCE.
Ability to save set welding parameters to memory.
Equipped with Euro connector and detachable ground cable and MMA welding cable.
