Description
The MAGNUM MIG 270w MMA IGBT is a professional semi-automatic welding machine powered by a three-phase 400V mains with a maximum welding current of 280A. The device allows arc welding with fusible MIG/MAG electrode wire, FCAW self-consuming wire (you need to change the polarity in the welder: minus (-) on the welding gun, plus (+) on the ground!), and MMA method with the use of covered electrodes (rutile, basic, acid).
It is designed for all kinds of welding work in locksmith workshops, repair shops, industrial workshops, factories, etc. The offered semi-automatic machine is made with inverter technology, equipped with a digital display of welding current and voltage.
The MIG 270w MMA IGBT has adjustable inductance, which optimizes the dynamic characteristics of the arc depending on the thickness of the material being welded. The value of the inductance affects the shape of the weld, its width, the depth of fusion and the amount of spatter. The semi-automatic machine is dedicated to welding low-carbon steel, low-alloy steel, alloy steels and aluminum and its alloys.
The power source is built on the basis of the latest technology using IGBT transistors, which translates into reduced electromagnetic interference, low power loss, increased efficiency and reliability of the power source, and has significantly reduced power consumption. The device has a stepless adjustment of welding parameters, is equipped with an overload thermal protection system to prevent excessive overheating. The welder is equipped with a 2T/4T function, a professional 4-roll wire feeder with a “euro connector” socket, which allows you to connect different types of welding guns, and an output for a gas heater.
