MAGNUM MIG 380w MMA IGBT device is a professional semi-automatic welding machine powered by a three-phase 400V mains with a maximum welding current of 380A. The device allows arc welding with MIG/MAG fusible wire, FCAW self-consuming wire (you need to change the polarity in the welder: minus (-) on the welding gun, plus (+) on the ground!), and MMA method using covered electrodes (rutile, basic, acid).

It is designed for all kinds of welding work in locksmith workshops, repair shops, industrial workshops, factories, etc. The offered semi-automatic machine is made with inverter technology, equipped with a digital display of welding current and voltage.

The MIG 380w MMA IGBT has adjustable inductance, which optimizes the dynamic characteristics of the arc depending on the thickness of the material being welded. The value of inductance influences the shape of the weld, its width, the depth of fusion and the amount of spatter. The semi-automatic machine is dedicated to welding low-carbon steel, low-alloy steel, alloy steels and aluminum and its alloys.

The current source is built on the basis of the latest technology using IGBT transistors, which translates into reduced electromagnetic interference, low power loss, increased efficiency and reliability of the current source, and significantly affected the reduction of energy consumption. The device has a stepless adjustment of welding parameters, is equipped with an overload thermal protection system to prevent excessive overheating. The welder is equipped with a professional 4-roller wire feeder with a “euro connector” socket, which allows the connection of different types of welding guns and an output for a gas heater.
