Presentation – Video

IGBT symbol ThesechnoloIGBT – Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor – gia. is a modern technology based based on Bipolar transistors with an isolated gate. It combines the ease of control of transistors p ol wire with high breakdown voltage and switching speed tranzistors bipolar. The use of IGBT technology has the effect of significantly extending the reliable operation of welding equipment .
symbol efficiency 60 High efficiency of the device 60%.

Welder Fantasy JET TIG III industrial equipment is a microprocessor-based welding source based on IGBT technology, suitable for welding carbon steel, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, copper, brass, magnesium, titanium, all aluminum alloys and plasma cutting.

The 230-volt machines are equipped with a PFC (Power Factor Correction) module – allowing the power factor to be increased to a value as close to 1 as possible to reduce losses in industrial lines.

The top-of-the-line device sets new standards among AC/DC welding machines, and the user-friendly control panel ensures the selection of all necessary operating parameters.

The JET TIG III AC/DC 250 welder allows you to work in modes:

TIG DC LIFT ARC method symbol

TIG DC lift-arc – In the TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) method, an electric arc is struck in a shield of inert gas (argon) between the workpiece and an infusible electrode made of pure tungsten or tungsten with additives. In TIG lift-arc mode, the arc is struck when the electrode comes into contact with the workpiece. In TIG DC mode, the current is constant.

TIG DC HF method symbol TIG DC HF – In order to completely eliminate the possibility of contamination of the weld with tungsten, it is recommended that the electrode does not touch the workpiece being welded; for this very purpose, non-contact arc ignition is used using high-frequency discharges generated by the built-in ionizer.
icon TIG DC pulse lift arc welding TIG DC PULS lift-arc – arc ignition is performed by contacting the electrode with the material to be welded, the pulse function allows welding thin parts by periodically changing the current.
icon TIG DC pulse HF welding TIG DC PULS HF – non-contact HF ignition using an ionizer in TIG DC PULS mode.
TIG AC LIFT ARC method symbol TIG AC lift-arc – a function that allows the welding of aluminum through the use of alternating current, which has the function of cathodic cleaning when welding aluminum. With the ability to set the AC BALANCE parameter, the AC current balance, it is possible to adjust the ratio of the duration of its phases in relation to each other.
TIG AC HF method symbol TIG AC HF – an analogous function that allows welding aluminum with alternating current, the ignition occurs non-contact through high-frequency current generated by an ionizer.
icon TIG AC pulse lift arc welding TIG AC PULS lift-arc – welding in this mode is a combination of AC and pulse application, which allows welding of very thin aluminum parts. The arc is engaged by contact between the electrode and the material to be welded.
TIG AC PULSE HF method symbol TIG AC PULS HF – a function that allows you to weld parts made of aluminum with a small thickness. Non-contact ignition thanks to the use of an ionizer.
TIG ACDC method symbol TIG AC + DC – ADVANCED AC function allows welding with mixed current AC DC- In a single cycle, there is a transition between AC current and DC current with negative polarity DC(-). This cycle repeats throughout the welding process. Mixed current welding, is particularly useful when joining parts of different thicknesses. It also reduces, noise emissions compared to AC welding.
PLASMA CUT PLASMA CUT – a function that allows cutting electrically conductive parts made of carbon and alloy steels, aluminum and its alloys, brass, copper, as well as cast iron.
MMA method symbol DC+ MMA DC+ – The MMA method uses a covered electrode, consisting of a metal core covered with a lagging. An electric arc is produced between the end of the electrode and the material to be welded. The arc is ignited by touching the end of the electrode to the material to be welded. MMA DC+ means welding with positive polarity – more heat is released in the material and less in the electrode.
MMA method symbol DC- MMA DC- – the difference with MMA DC+ is that the polarity in the MMA DC- mode is negative, so the heat distribution is reversed – more heat is released on the electrode and less in the welded material.
MMA VRD DC+ method symbol MMA VRD DC+ – available in MMA DC+ mode, the VRD function ( Voltage Reduction Device – a module that reduces the rest (idle) voltage of the secondary circuit of the device. Increases safety and reduces the risk of electric shock. The function turns the welding power off and on when the resistance between the electrode tips and the workpiece is measured during welding.
MMA VRD DC- method symbol. MMA VRD DC- – available in MMA DC- mode, the VRD ( Voltage Reduction Device) function works in an analogous way to MMA VRD DC+, the difference is the negative polarity.
