Tecno MIG 254/2 Pulse LCD 230/400V is an inverter MIG welder with synergic control. It welds MIG/MAG, MMA and TIG Lift, and braze-welds galvanised sheet. Welding current is 250 A. You power it from a single-phase 230 V or a three-phase 400 V supply.

Features
Three synergic MIG/MAG modes
Standard MIG is for everyday precise work, MIG Pulse for welds with little spatter, and MIG Double Pulse for welding in every position. MIG pulsing limits spatter and improves the look of the welds.
Settings and memory
You set the parameters by hand or load one of 35 saved configurations. You adjust inductance, start and end current, pre-gas and post-gas time, pulse parameters and current up-slope. For spot welding you have SPOT and CPOT modes.
MMA functions
MMA Pulse improves welds and reduces spatter. ARC Force helps droplet transfer and the arc does not go out, and Hot Start raises the start current, so ignition is easier. Anti-Stick cuts the voltage when the electrode sticks. VRD lowers the open-circuit voltage, which makes work in damp surroundings safer.
