Welder Fantasy PERFECT BI-PULSE 351 4×4 MIG/MAG/SYNERGY/PULSE/DUAL PULSE/LUTOSPAWING/MMA 400V

Presentation – Video

The Welder Fantasy PERFECT BI-PULSE 351 is a state-of-the-art synergistic inverter source that offers many possibilities when performing welding work. Its main advantages are the ability to weld with single or double pulsation current in MIG orMAG modeand the possibility to use synergy settings.

The reliability and wide range of applications of the equipment will satisfy even the most demanding users. The Welder Fantasy PERFECT BI-PULSE 351 multifunctional inverter semi-automatic welding machine is equipped with a 4-roller wire feeder with additional illumination inside for easy wire insertion. The device is designed for manual arc welding of metals and metal alloys by methods:

* MIG/MAG with dual pulse option,

* MIG/MAG with single pulse option,

* MIG/MAG – continuous welding,

* Soldering,

* FCAW,

* SPOT welding,

* TIG DC lift,

* MMA.

An intuitive, easy-to-use control panel with a color display allows quick setting of all the most important welding parameters. The user can choose from five menu languages: Polish, English, German, Russian or Czech. Thanks to the synergy settings, it is possible to automatically select welding parameters according to the diameter of the welding wire and the thickness and type of material.

The device has infinitely variable welding voltage and amperage, and is equipped with an overload thermal protection system to prevent excessive heating of the ICs.

Thanks to the use of modern IGBT technology and high-quality components, Welder Fantasy PERFECT BI-PULSE 351 equipment is ideal for professional welding work in industries such as automotive, metal structures and many others.

igbtTechnoloIGBT – Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor – gia. is a modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an isolated gate. It combines the ease of control of field-effect transistors with the high breakdown voltage and switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology has the effect of significantly extending the reliable operation of welding equipment.

Symbol AUTOAUTO – synergistic settings – automatic adjustment of welding parameters such as welding arc voltage and amperage and wire feeder speed. The device automatically selects welding parameters according to the wire diameter and thickness and type of material.

MIG method symbolMIG/MAG – Gas shielded arc welding is one of the most widely used processes for manufacturing welded structures. The semi-automatic welding process involves melting the edges of the workpiece to be welded and the fusible electrode material with the heat of an electric arc glowing between an electrode in the form of a solid wire and the workpiece to be welded, in an inert or active gas shield.

Description of the MIG PULSE methodMIG PULSE – an advanced form of welding that uses the best of all forms of transfer of molten electrode material to the workpiece being welded. Unlike short circuits, pulse welding does not produce spatter or risk cold “lapping.” Pulsed welding positions are not limited because they are derivatives of globular or spray forms, and their use is far more efficient. Thanks to the cooling of the spray arc process, pulse MIG is able to extend the welding range, and the lower heat input does not cause the problem of burning through thin materials. PULSE MIG is one of the best welding processes for a wide range of applications and metal types.

MIG BI-PULSE method symbolMIG DOUBLE PULSE – Welding with the MIG/MAG method with double pulse we get a high level of the appearance of the face (scale effect). In addition, the use of automatic wire feeding affects the welding efficiency. MIG/MAG method with double pulse allows you to adjust the current pulsation (pulse balance) and adjust the wire feed speed. This improves the appearance of the weld. During MIG/MAG welding with double pulse, the current pulses occur in two ranges. The sequential system of our equipment automatically combines two pulse levels: hot and cold.

The benefits of using the double-pulse MIG MAG method are:

– MIG/MAG double-pulse welding is faster than TIG welding.
– MIG/MAG double-pulse welding achieves high aesthetics like TIG welding.
– MIG/MAG double-pulse welding causes less distortion than TIG welding.

MIG method symbol FCAWFCAW – Thanks to the polarity change function, it is possible to weld without shielding gas, with FCAW self-cored wire. It is a method using self-cored wire for welding (in all positions) of normal and higher strength steels, not exceeding 510 MPa. Self-shielded wire can be used in single and multi-layer welding processes, using both flat and falling current sources. The wire is designed for general production work, including in field conditions, and for welding structures that do not have impact requirements. DC(-) welding current.

TIG DC method symbolTIG DC LIFT – welding with a tungsten electrode in a shield of inert gases. The use of this method makes it possible to weld all types of steel, i.e. carbon, alloy, stainless, acid-resistant, as well as copper alloys, such as bronze and brass.

MMA method symbolMMA – a method that uses a covered electrode, consisting of a metal core covered with lagging. The welder feeds the electrode as it melts into the workpiece so as to maintain an arc of constant length, and at the same time moves the melting end of the electrode along the weld line. The device allows welding with all types of electrodes, such as alkaline, cellulose, rutile, and acid.

MMA VRD method symbolMMA VRD – available in MMA mode VRD function (Voltage Reduction Device – a module that reduces the rest (idle) voltage of the secondary circuit of the device). Increases safety and reduces the risk of electric shock. The function shuts off and turns on the welding power when the resistance between the electrode tips and the workpiece is measured during welding.

Additional features:

Adjusting the inductance in the MIG/MAG method Properly selected welding inductance contributes to reducing spatter. It depends on the diameter of the welding wire, the shielding gas used, the current and the welding position. Decreasing the inductance makes the arc more stable and concentrated, while increasing it contributes to a smoother weld pool and fewer spatters. Properly selected, it is characterized by a stable arc, even transfer of liquid metal droplets, maintenance of a constant welding pool size and a characteristic repetitive sound without splatter or explosions.

SPOT welding – a timed welding function, used to tack workpieces, which allows you to achieve an even weld seam length.

Brazing – the device allows brazing, mainly used in the automotive industry to join galvanized sheets together.

arc ignition by:

  • 2T – two-tone,
  • 4T – four-touch,
  • SPOT – spot welding with the possibility to set the following parameters:
    – gas before ignition,
    – spot welding ON – arc ignition time in spot welding.
    – spot welding OFF – time between arc ignitions in spot welding,
    – gas after expiration,
  • S-2T – double-tap special – arc ignition through double-tap with the possibility to set the following parameters:
    – gas before ignition,
    – start current,
    – current rise time,
    – current fall time,
    – final current,
    – gas after expiration,
  • S-4T – four-touch special – n arc ignition through four-touch with the possibility to set the following parameters:
    – gas before ignition,
    – start current,
    – current rise time,
    – current fall time,
    – final current,
    – gas after expiration.

The ability to save 18 user programs,

PRE GAS – control of shielding gas discharge time before welding,

POST GAS – adjustment of shielding gas discharge time after welding,

HOT START – a function that facilitates the start of welding. At the moment of arc ignition, the welding current is temporarily increased in order to warm up the material and the electrode at the point of contact and to properly shape the fusion and the weld face in the initial phase of welding.

ARC FORCE – a function that stabilizes the arc by maintaining the voltage value of the welding arc regardless of its length and facilitates control over the amount of spatter.
