MasterTig sets entirely new standards for welding quality, versatility and energy efficiency. Designed for professional welders, the range includes MasterTig units up to 500 A. Thanks to the modular design of the units, you can choose the specification that best suits your specific needs. Optional control panels, wireless remote control and chassis are available.

Stylish, practical and durable, the MasterTig is designed to withstand the impacts and hardships of everyday welding. This compact welding equipment is made of durable yet lightweight injection-molded plastic additionally incorporating solutions to strengthen the structure against impacts. Flexlite TX flexible and durable TIG welding grips can be quickly attached to the MasterTig for maximum welding comfort.

PANEL MTP35X AC/DC – features:

The panel of the 7-inch TFT display is protected by a 3mm-thick armor plate, making it resistant to both impacts and scratches.

The welding assistant function allows quick and accurate parameter setting. The panel has 99 memory channels per process to store the best parameters or WPS values.

Dual pulse

The double-pulse function consists of alternating pulse cycles, which increases welding speed by 30% while reducing heat input by 20%. The double-pulse function, which provides less distortion and reduces welding costs, is ideal for manual DC welding and mechanized applications and guarantees an excellent weld appearance.

Weld Assist

Simply follow the simple on-screen instructions – select the type of material to be welded, its thickness, joint type and welding positions – so that the welding assistant function selects and sets the optimal parameters for simple and efficient welding. Recommendations for electrode size, welding wire, gas flow, groove type, weld shape and welding speed are also displayed. It is ideal for creating pWPS.

Optima AC

Optima AC is a custom TIG AC waveform that combines the best of traditional sinusoidal and rectangular waveforms – and adds a little magic for optimal AC welding. Depending on the application, you can choose a sine wave, rectangular or muted waveform: Optima AC.

MicroTack

MicroTack provides fast and accurate DC and AC TIG welding with minimal heat input. It is ideal for repeated, repetitive tacking of thin sheets where a consistent and controlled appearance is critical. The MicroTack function can be set from 1 to 5 repetition pulse cycles or operate in continuous mode. The welding current is independently adjustable, and the arc glow time is selectable from 1 to 200 ms.

iTEC

iTEC is an advanced technology that ensures reliable arc ignition. It is particularly useful when using long handles during field work, precision welding of thin materials and in low-current applications – it allows you to set variable arc-initiating spark energy.

FlexLite TX TIG welding chucks are offered in a wide range of power and length options and with different neck types in gas-cooled and liquid-cooled models. MasterTig Cooler MXL

Cooling system, supports multi-voltage power sources. Easy, fast and convenient coolant replenishment.

Forced gas and liquid cooling provides optimal temperature control and superior energy efficiency. Depending on the welding power and length of operation, the power source’s fans regulate airflow, and the cooling system’s motor turns on for periods ranging from 15 seconds to 4 minutes to reduce power consumption and noise levels.
