DESCRIPTION:

The Powermat PM-IMG-220T mig welder, thanks to its design, will find use in both home workshops and households, as well as in more professional applications, such as performing field work and all kinds of repair work inside buildings.

Migomat from Powermat is a device with a wide range of applications, designed as an inverter power source that allows welding with gas-shielded MIG/MAG or FCAW self-shielded wire (after changing the polarity), welding with MMA cover electrode, as well as TIG Lift method (this requires the purchase of an additional holder for TIG Lift welding)

The electronics of the device are based on IGBT transistors combining the advantages of two types of transistors the ease of control of field effect transistors and the high breakdown voltage and switching speed of bipolar transistors. The welding current is very stable, which guarantees a perfect weld. Thanks to IGBT technology, the device is lightweight and compact.

WELDING:

Adjustment of welding parameters is stepless (infinitely), the maximum welding current depends on the thickness of the wire / electrode used, welding voltage, as well as the wire feed speed in the case of MIG / MAG / FCAW method. The two-roller feeder works with 0.6 / 0.8 / 1.0mm diameter wire.

The high efficiency of the welder allows it to weld 220A (for MIG / MAG / FCAW), and 170A for (TIG / MMA) in 60% duty cycle. The thermal circuit breaker will turn off the device if the permissible duty cycle for a given welding current is exceeded, thus preventing the welder from overheating.

The current parameters of the device during welding are displayed on two, very clear displays that facilitate the selection of optimal working parameters. Convenient and very clear manipulators allow you to change welding parameters even with gloves on.
