Description

TIG 320 AC/DC pulse is an inverter welding machine made with IGBT technology. It is used for manual DC and AC welding using the TIG method and DC welding with covered electrode (MMA method). It is widely used in both production and service work. It is designed for indoor and covered work.
The welder allows full adjustment and control of all welding parameters of arc and pulse characteristics. It has HF ignition, 2T/4T function and display indicating welding current. The device is characterized by excellent welding properties, recommended especially for professionals.
The set includes a liquid-cooled TIG welding holder, a ground cable with a clamp, an MMA electrode cable, a welding disc and a hammer.

WS-7,5LT cooler is dedicated to work with Sherman-profi TIG 320 AC/DC pulse welder and is designed for liquid cooling of TIG welding fixtures, but it is possible to use it for other equipment and components that require closed-circuit cooling. It is recommended to position the cooler under the welding machine. The kit includes a set of mounts that allow such positioning. The construction of the cooler uses components of the proven WRC-300B cooler, the reconstruction and the fluid reservoir have been changed. The use of a heat exchanger built on a copper coil and a stainless steel pump definitely increase cooling efficiency and prolong the life of the device. The cooler is equipped with a flow sensor with visual and audible alarm. The flow sensor activates the alarm when there is no flow of coolant due to obstruction of water pipes, open circulation of the fluid or its too low level in the cooler.

The TIG platform cart is a stable and sturdy running platform dedicated to the TIG 320 AC/DC pulse kit and WS-7.5LT cooler.

The kit includes a cylinder mounting bracket with a chain, a set of 6 welder-cooler connectors, and bolts connecting the cooler to the driving platform.
