We ship from our warehouse in Krotoszyn (western Poland) to the Netherlands: parcels by courier, machines on a pallet by freight with a tail lift. The delivery cost of a specific product to the Netherlands is shown on its page in the shipping calculator, and the cart calculates it exactly for the whole order. Below are indicative rates from October 2026.

We add 23 percent VAT to the net price unless you buy as a company with a valid EU VAT number: then you pay the net price and account for VAT in your country. Goods in stock are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days after your payment is booked. A pallet is delivered by a truck with a tail lift to the address given, without carrying inside. Islands and addresses with difficult access are quoted separately before dispatch.
VAT and invoice
Company with an EU VAT number: enter the number at checkout, we verify it in VIES and issue an invoice without Polish VAT (intra-Community supply). Private customer: price with 23 percent VAT, invoice in your name. Prices on the English and German pages are shown in euro at the shop's fixed exchange rate, and you can pay in euro to our euro account.
Payment
Bank transfer in euro (SEPA) to the Spawlab euro account, the transfer details come with the order confirmation. Card or online payment through PayU. We do not ship abroad on cash on delivery. Used machines and pallets are dispatched after the full amount is booked.
Used welders to the Netherlands: what you get
Every used machine goes through an inspection in our workshop: measurements to current standards and a load test. The first year of the basic service package is included in the price. We answer technical and service questions in English and German, ship parts across the EU, and you can bring the machine to Krotoszyn for the inspection. The used machines we send to the Netherlands most often are Migatronic, Kemppi, Fronius, ESAB. Full list: used welders.
Returns and complaints
A consumer has 14 days to withdraw from the contract, also for a used machine. The return shipping cost is paid by the customer, for a pallet from abroad usually 150 to 350 EUR, so it pays to ask about anything that is unclear before you buy. Business customers are served under our terms and conditions.
