For Megmeet, Migatronic and Böhler Welding we are the authorised distributor and premium service for Poland. The plasma cutters in the rental fleet are equipment of the Hypertherm class. We confirm the model and the equipment when we check availability, because the fleet is limited and in the season it is often booked in advance.
Rental with a proper selection, not just a machine handed over
Selection for your work
Not every 500 A welding machine suits the same conditions. What counts is the material, the thickness, the process, the cooling and the power supply. We choose a set with a power reserve, but without a cost you do not need.
A machine after an inspection
Before handover the equipment goes through an inspection in our service, which has been running since 2015. You get a machine ready for work, with the settings for your material.
An open price list
You have the rates per day, per week, per two weeks and per month next to every equipment segment, and the calculator works out the net price, the gross price and the suggested deposit.
Documents at handover
A rental contract for movable property, a handover and return report, photos of the condition and the serial numbers of the machine written down.
A response when something fails
If the machine refuses to work and the cause is not mechanical damage, we agree a repair or replacement equipment, so that your job does not stand still.
Collection and delivery
You can collect the equipment from us at Akacjowa 15 in Krotoszyn or order delivery to an address you give us in Poland. You arrange the return the same way.
The most common questions about welding machine rental
How much does it cost to rent a welding machine?
Roughly from 180 PLN net per day for smaller MIG/MAG sets to about 650 PLN net per day for 600 A machines. The price depends on the class of the equipment, the period, the scope of the set, the delivery and the rental terms. You have the rate for every segment in the price list.
Are the prices net or gross?
We give the price list net. We add 23% VAT to the price. The calculator shows the net and gross value as a guide, so you see straight away what will be on the invoice.
What does the amount of the deposit depend on?
On the value of the machine, the rental period, the history of our cooperation, the place of use and the type of equipment. For new customers it is worth assuming from 15 to 25% of the value of the machine. We settle the deposit after the return and the technical check.
What does the machine set contain?
Depending on the model: power source, wire feeder, cooler, torch, earth cable, interconnecting cables and basic equipment. Gas, the cylinder and consumables are settled separately.
Do you deliver the equipment to the place of work?
Yes, we agree the delivery individually. In your enquiry give us the town, the address where the equipment will work, the date and whether you need collection. The calculator adds roughly 250 PLN for local transport, and longer routes are quoted separately.
Can I rent equipment for a month or longer?
Yes. We bill the rental for 1 day, 1 week, 2 weeks and 1 month. A month starts from 2160 PLN net, and a longer period is quoted individually.
What should you prepare before collecting the machine?
Your company details for the contract, the person collecting the machine with an identity document, a signed rental contract and handover report, and the payment and deposit credited to our account. Without this we do not release the equipment. We issue a VAT invoice for the agreed rental period.
Can I pass a rented machine on to another company?
Not without our written consent. The contract forbids subletting, lending to third parties and changing the place where the equipment works without our agreement. You return the machine in an undeteriorated condition, with normal wear.
