Certified class TH3 respiratory protection
The e3000X system provides the highest possible level of respiratory protection under the strict EN 12941 standard, class TH3. This means that the high-efficiency particle filter removes 99.8% of the harmful dust, fumes and aerosols produced during welding and grinding. Inside a compatible helmet the unit builds a constant positive pressure that keeps contaminants from the surroundings out and creates a safe breathing zone for the user. This is the basic technology that protects against occupational diseases and irreversible lung damage. Investing in TH3 protection is a conscious decision to protect your most important asset: your own health.
Battery life of up to 18 hours
At the heart of the system is a high-capacity lithium-ion battery designed for maximum productivity. It offers a run time of up to 18 hours on a single charge at the lowest flow level. That reserve lets you work comfortably through two full 8-hour shifts without stopping to charge or change the battery. Three-level flow control with a cooling effect
The e3000X system has electronically controlled, three-level air flow adjustment at 170, 210 and 240 litres per minute. This lets you match the amount of air supplied precisely to the ambient conditions and to how hard you are working. The highest level, 240 l/min, not only guarantees a surplus of clean air but also produces a noticeable cooling effect on the face and forehead. This is a real advantage when you work in high temperatures, in confined spaces or weld at high currents.
