Brightness level 2.5 (Light State 2.5)
The Light State 2.5 technology set a new standard for visibility in the idle state. Thanks to a special UV/IR filter, the cartridge lets through 400% more light than conventional filters with a light state of 4.0. This gives you a clear, almost unfiltered view of your surroundings before the arc is struck. You can prepare the workpiece, position the torch and check your surroundings without lifting the helmet, which reduces eye and neck strain. A brighter view means higher precision, fewer mistakes and much more comfort during long hours of work.
True-Color View filter
Standard auto-darkening filters often distort the image and give it the typical green tint. Optrel True-Color View technology uses a filter with broad light transmission, so you see colours realistically. You see the weld pool and its surroundings in natural colours, which makes it easier to judge temperature, control oxidation and guide the arc precisely. Being able to distinguish details and colours is key to high-quality welds. It is a professional tool that gives you full control of the welding process in real time.
Modular design and upgrade option
This ADF is a key part of Optrel's modular system, designed for flexibility and economy.
