The Crystal 2.0 shell is precisely designed to integrate with the e3000X powered air system. It has specially shaped air distribution channels and mounting points for the face seal, which ensure a tight fit and even distribution of clean air inside the helmet. This integrated design is essential for maintaining positive pressure and reaching the highest protection class, TH3. Thanks to the modular approach, you can easily fit your existing Crystal 2.0 ADF and turn it into a full helmet with a PAPR system. The silver helmet shell is coated with a technically advanced paint that strongly reflects thermal radiation. In high-energy processes such as MIG/MAG welding or submerged arc welding, a large part of the heat is emitted as infrared radiation. The special coating reflects these waves and noticeably lowers the temperature inside the helmet, which has a direct effect on the welder’s comfort. The e3000X powered air system provides the highest possible level of respiratory protection (class TH3 according to EN 12941) and filters out as much as 99.8% of harmful solid and liquid particles.
