At the heart of every SPARTUS HERMES D16 table is a welded top made of high-grade S355J2+N structural steel, which stands out for its resistance to distortion and mechanical damage. Precision machining gives the top a flatness accuracy of 0.1 mm/m², so you get a perfectly level work surface, even under heavy loads.

This ensures full stability when you position workpieces and maximum welding accuracy, whatever the size of the structure.

A 12-14 mm thick top is the ideal compromise between mass and accuracy. This design resists impact, high temperatures and distortion, and keeps the surface perfectly flat for many years.

Drilled and milled Ø16 mm hole system

The work surface has precisely drilled and milled 16 mm diameter holes, laid out in the regular grid of the D16 system. Each hole is made to an accuracy of +0.05 mm, and the hole spacing is 50 mm.
