Crystal Lens Technology 2.0, a Realistic Image without Distortion
Crystal Lens 2.0 (CLT) technology is a breakthrough in the optical quality of welding filters, offering a record-bright image in the inactive state at level 2.0. Before you strike the arc and while you inspect the weld, you see your surroundings in almost natural, true colours, without the typical green tint. This clarity lets you position the electrode precisely and judge the weld pool accurately, and it significantly reduces eye fatigue during long hours of work. A module with CLT 2.0 technology is a direct investment in precise work and less eye strain.
ShadeTronic®, Intelligent Protection in Real Time
ShadeTronic® works like a fully automatic pilot for your eye protection and removes the need to set the shade manually. Using advanced sensors, the system continuously measures the intensity of the welding arc and selects the optimum protection level in real time, in the range from 4 to 12 DIN. The function works well in changing conditions and automatically adapts the filter to tack welding, filler passes and cap passes. You can be sure that your eyes are always protected at the right level. FadeTronic®, Smooth Brightening for Eye Comfort
FadeTronic® is a patented technology that changes the way the filter returns to the light state after the arc goes out. Instead of an abrupt switch to light, which can cause momentary disorientation and eye fatigue, FadeTronic® provides a smooth, gradual transition from dark to light. The process, adjustable from 0.1 to 2.0 seconds, mimics the natural way the human eye adapts to a change in light. You notice this especially in work that involves frequent spot welding. It is a fundamental investment in the long-term comfort and health of your eyes, minimising fatigue during an intensive working day.
