Compressor components fail relatively rarely, but at some point one of the parts may still need replacing.
The check valve is an important part of the compressor: it lets the compressed air flow in the intended direction. When the compressor is switched off, the check valve prevents air from flowing back into the compression chamber.
This straight check valve has a size of ½” x 16 mm and is designed for the HL 340-90. Before you start the replacement, equalise the tank pressure with atmospheric pressure. Only replace the valve when the compressor is disconnected from the power supply.
