The MB 240D 5.00m ERGO is a liquid-cooled MIG/MAG welding torch from ABICOR BINZEL. It is a robust, productive torch with an ergonomic "Ergo" handle that gives you comfort and control even during long welding runs at high currents. Liquid cooling allows a higher load capacity than gas-cooled torches of a similar size. It is fitted with a ball joint. The torch is rated up to 300 A with CO2 and up to 270 A with mixed gases at 100% duty cycle (thanks to the liquid cooling). It is designed for wire diameters of 0.8 to 1.6 mm. The torch length is 5 metres. The letter "D" in the model name often indicates liquid cooling.
