Tecno Spot ALU 50 is a microprocessor-controlled Ideal stud welder for pulling dents in aluminium and steel car bodies. It works by electrical discharge from capacitors with a capacitance of 66000 µF. On aluminium you weld studs with a diameter of 3 to 6 mm, and on steel triangular and ring washers M10/12. You power it from a 230 V socket, and the set includes a trolley and the Quick Puller ALU.

Features
Capacitor discharge welding
The 66000 µF capacitors weld a stud on in 1 to 3 ms. The other side of the sheet does not deform, even when it is painted, plastic-coated or galvanised.
Quick Puller ALU
Because of the properties of aluminium, the set includes the Quick Puller ALU. It works with a screw lever, so it does not tear off the weld while you pull out dents.
Aluminium and steel
On aluminium car bodies you weld 3 to 6 mm studs. On steel car bodies you weld on triangular and ring washers M10/12.
Design
A fan cools the machine. The trolley is in the set, and the machine has a 230 V mains plug.
